As a recent graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, Kaitlan will sit for the bar exam in June 2009. During law school, Kaitlan completed a full-time externship with the Honorable Ann Aiken at the United States District Court, District of Oregon, which offered her valuable insight into litigation practice from the judge’s perspective. Kaitlan was also the Perkins Coie Summer Intern at Mercy Corps, an international humanitarian aid and disaster relief organization, which provided her with experience juggling issues ranging from domestic tax law to international export control compliance.
Kaitlan grew up in various cities throughout the West, eventually settling in Oregon where she enjoys exploring the outdoors.
