Danielle has wide experience in both federal and state civil litigation. Beginning her career serving as a law clerk for three federal district and appellate court judges, as well as an extern for a state trial judge, Danielle has a unique understanding of the judicial process at both the trial and appellate levels and of how judicial decisions are made. Following her clerkships, Danielle worked as a litigation associate at a large Portland firm where she represented business clients as both plaintiffs and defendants. Danielle has worked in a considerable variety of legal areas, including complex commercial litigation, business torts, contracts, receiverships, environmental law, administrative law, patent litigation, and electronic surveillance and privacy rights.
Always up for a challenge and for learning something new, Danielle enjoys working with her clients to solve problems effectively and efficiently. She is also devoted to improving the judicial process through both a commitment to excellence and volunteer and mentoring opportunities.
